What is the Center Ice Club?

Our mission statement is:

"CENTER ICE CLUB IS A NON FOR PROFIT GROUP THAT RAISES MONEY TO SUPPORT HOCKEY IN THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE UWEC MEN’S & WOMEN’S HOCKEY PROGRAMS."

The Center Ice Club has a mission to promote the sport of hockey in the Chippewa Valley Region. We are here solely for that purpose. We enjoy playing and watching the sport, and want to encourage others to do the same. We consist mostly of members who have participated in the sport, or just enjoy watching the game. We have played hockey in youth programs, high school, college, and beyond. We are passionate about the sport!

Many have played on the ice at Hobbs' Ice arena here in Eau Claire, WI. Some of them have gone on to play in other arenas, even as far as semi-pro and pro. We are excited to have alumni who still participate in the game, either by playing or by coaching.

The Center Ice Club continues to support those who are interested in learning and playing the game.

The next CICF Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 8th - 7:00pm. Meetings are held at the Green Mill Restaurant on Craig Rd. in Eau Claire.

Meetings are always held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
